Call to call centre gets disconnected!

i have been trying to call 10210 to cancel my Adsl package. Twice today i was on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone and then my call just gets disconnected without being able to speak to anyone. I tried contacting on Twitter too, and still no response from anyone! Very frustrated.
