Call me immediately

Please help me understand how a late payment results in ITC listening and 'Imposing Litigation'. They keep saying I haven't paid when I called to notify payment would be late due to some financial issues. I've had my contract for 4 years even upgraded and this is my first and only late payment and they ****ed up my credit, suspended my account and they are repeatedly trying to debit me the amount already paid. The consultants told me it is cause I'm over my credit limit. That's why my account is staying suspended. I can't call cause they locked my SIM, they aren't calling but I keep getting insufficient charges on my bank, when they know my debit goes off last day of the month. This is ******* and bull****
