Call me back please...

Hi Telkom please call me back, I have made more than 10 phone calls to you and while I am on the line the phone call just ends. All I want to do is upgrade my service or do you want me to just move to another service provider? I will be moving to another service by the end of the week if I do not get assistance. From a very disappointed consumer.
