To date after calling 10210 every orning and every afternoon, this has still not been sorted out . This call is logged for two elderly people staying on their own -aged 84 years . ansd you have a policy in place that states that elderly ppl will not wait this long . Every day the story changes , I even had a consultant telling me that if he puts me thru to his team leader, they will jus tlie to me . I have heard so many different stories every day and nothing gets done . Nicole Spencer and Lance malgas have both promised to call me back. still waiting . I have sent an email stating all the issues to [Email Removed] and still waiting for a response .I FIND THIS SERVICE TOWARDS THE ELDERLY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING . CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE ADVISE WHEN THIS WILL BE SORTED
