Call logged and not attended

I have logged a call with telkom due to our fax line being down and I received an automated ref no : Fault 212CRZ150915 on Tuesday and until today no one has contacted us. I had to close my telephone line due to the same fact like this one where a call takes over a month to be attended, even now, I might have to close this fax line due to un-attendance.
