Call log

On the 28th of September 2020. I had a puncture due to spikes that were put on the road. I l then called my tracker which is telematix to come and assist me with a towing truck. After about 30 min l got ****** in while waiting. I then took the matter to my lawyers as they had promised to get a towing truck and it never came. So we requested a call log from them which they said isn't available. I them called my network provider to assist with that which is Telkom, they told me the call log isn't available as l changed my terrif plan during this year. I desperately need the call log however they can get it. I have been with Telkom for years l dont understand how changing a tarrif plan deletes my call history. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
