Call escalated- no technician assigned for 7 days

Telkom call centre- ********** 466- spoke to Sandy No matter how many times you call the call centre, they continuously tell you the same thing. The technician has been assigned and your call has been escalated, to where, probably only they know. For 7 days now, no one comes out to fix the problem. What’s amazing is that they are excellent at requesting payment but when it comes to service delivery there customer service is pathetic. Looking forward to contract ending soon.
