Call dropped as I wait for response

My lack of satisfaction from Telkom goes back to this grievance I made previously on this site: <br> <br> http://hellopeter.com/telkom/complaints/lack-of-communication-***<br> <br> I have since not received my device to date, I only get calls as-and-when feels like updating me, in vain. <br> <br> The number for the Eastgate branch 'does not exist' when you take it from Google ***), so I called the Eastgate management to receive the correct number ***). <br> <br> The latter number is not answered, it just rings, when I finally go through someone picks it up and then blatantly drops it before I can respond. <br> <br> This is very uncalled for and I have reached my boiling point, may Telkom cancel my application thereof as it seems I need to force them to get their service.<br> <br> I still do not understand why they would spend money and time on marketing meanwhile they can't deliver, it's been more than 8 weeks waiting for a mere device to be issued to me.<br> <br> Over and above this, the Eastgate branch is making Telkom look very bad to the extreme as a lot more people aren't happy with their service <br>
