Call Diverts

<p>Ive been told by callers to our home that calls are diverted and Ive noted this myself. Can someone please advise me if you can divert on both ends of the call irrespective of who the initiator is?</p> <p>If so how can one put a perminant block on any diverts away from the original call destination or as reciever our number.</p> <p>Can it be checked if this was done to ********** 750? I noted the same divert when calling Investec Bank when the bank confirmed that their lines were working over a weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>Second to this. Can you please advise on the signal booster aerial checking. As mentioned earlier the signal was at 10dBa below the threshold, ie not at the correct level under cover. It was confirmed by the tester that this needed attention. When your consultant calls, please ensure they are Telkom staff and not third parties. Theres been a rash of **** personelle being sent on behalf of Telkom in our area saying they work for "The Simpsons".</p>
