Call centre waiting time is ridiculous

So I tried contacting the call centre to update my linem, wasted 8mins of life speaking to a computerised machine and never got hold of a call centre agent.

Can an agent please get hold of me as i do not want to waste anymore time or money to get my line upgraded.
