Call centre useless...

<p>Called 081180 to enquire about ShowMax package advertised on the Telkom website. Agent just said that he doesn't really know how it works, and that I must go to the Telkom store since it's new. Had a don't care attitude and did not even try to go beyond his "script"... Way to go Telkom....</p>
