Call centre takes 8 minutes to answer then drops call

I have a problem so called 10210. after trying to follow silly menu options and being referred to 10213 for service which then doesn't give you an option for service i eventually get the call answered after 8 and a half minutes. The consultant then asks me my problem before putting me on hold and then after 12 minutes i get "welcome to SALES" very poor service and a BIG WASTE OF TIME
