Call Centre Service very poor

<p>Bought a mobile wifi was told it will be activated in 24hrs by <strong>Zama</strong> from Broadband department. I got an A+ service from her.</p> <p>26hrs later my device not activated, i call again this time i get <strong>Nozipho</strong>. i tell her what they told me 26hrs ago. Shes busy laughing with a colleague in the backround and the backround is very noisy. She says to me sir can you repeat what you said. ***! i tell her my problem again, she puts me on hold, 7min later she asks for an ICCID no. i give her. puts me on hold again, next thing im tranfered without letting me know.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please improve on your customer service s****s or take your employees to training, so they take their job"bread" serious</p> <p> </p>
