CALL CENTRE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Telkom surely has the worst call center agents, it takes you over 50mins to reach them. All I want to do is an upgrade, I call 10213. And it seems as if they are not willing to take my call. I can't wait for over minutes everytime I make a call.

What is exactly going on with Telkom?
