Call centre service is terrible

Your network is great Your prices are awesome.

Your call centre however is pathetic.

This wasn't the first time I found myself holding for more than 10 minutes waiting for a consultant.

Not only that, I asked for a simple thing for them to load a data bundle for me because the Ussd was not working and guess what? Your consultant still puts me on hold for another 5 minutes JUST TO LOAD A DATA BUNDLE.

AND THEN she asks if Id like to hold on to rate the service, I accept and guess what. Instead of hanging up to put me through she puts me on hold AGAIN.

Do yall actually train your staff? I mean seriously train them?

Im disappointed!
