Call Centre Service

I called the Telkom Mobile call Centre 081 180, concerning a contract that needs to cancelled on my name. After receiving email from the retrenchments department that this is the number that needs to be called when wanting to speak to this department. I spoke to a lady at the call centre who then advised me that this is an outbound number and that I can not be transferred, I used the F-word, not swearing the lady but swearing at the problem, she then dropped the phone in my ear.
