Call centre not answering

On 17 February 2015 i called telkom mobile on 081180 to have my email setup on my Samsung S5,For 45min i had to listen to a voice prompt saying THANK you for holding your call will be answered as soon as a conultant becomes available<br> This is very disappointing service received fro telkom
