Call Centre noise unprofessional behavior at sales 10213

Telkom should really try to practice professionalism, especially knowing that they are more call Centre customer call centered. I just had the most horrible experience with Telkom Sales 10213, tried call since this morning and every time my call gets rejected. I had to eventually phone a different dept to be put through to sales and I guess the reason why calls were being rejected because it sounded like a shebeen in the background, I could hardly hear the operator and she felt extremely embarrassed about the noise. She tried to quite the mouse, but everyone just blatantly ignore her, this was beyond unprofessional. I dare you try to phone sales at 10213 right now!
