CALL CENTRE NIGHTMARE!!!

<p>I have taken a new Telkom Mobile contract over 3 weeks ago via the call centre. Delivery of my new phone was delayed, i tried the call centre to enquire when i can expect delivery, finally spoke to an agent after holding on for more than an hour. The call centre agent investigated and put me on hold for another hour. Eventually it was realised that the call centre agent who took my order keyed in the incorrect deliver address. I corrected that with the courier company. Eventually when i did receive delivery the incorrect colour was delivered. I called the call centre and yet again had to hold on more than an hour before speaking to a consultant and spoke to a guy named Zolani who imformed me that the phone will be collected by the courier company the next day and within 2-3 working days the correct phone will be delivered. Guess what??? to date the incorrect phone is still in my possession and i cannot even activate the contract because i dont have the correct phone. I called the call centre this morming held on for yet again another hour before getting through to a call centre agent named Raymond who told me that i need to fill in a cancellation form for God only knows what and then he put me on hold and never came back, i eventually had to cut the call as i couldnt hold on any longer. I really need help here and i dont know who to contact at this point. I need the incorrect phone to be taken away and the correct phone be delivered. I am disgusted at the level of service- worst call centre to deal with gosh what do i do now???</p>
