Call centre is useless.

I dial the correct number and says it wrong number. Try again and get three and says press one of you phoning from the correct number. Press 2 for another number and press 3 for unknown. I press one and says they notice I have pressed any number. Useless call centre can't even see that I have pressed the correct number. I have had my landline for nearly 2 years and had **** service. Can't even use my landline as the line crackles and cannot hear anyone. I am so sick of telling telkom to get there lines fixed. I am paying telkom for a service they are not providing
