call centre is "CLOSED"

i have tried ALL of your lines and get a automated voice message saying you are not available with no alternative number or email to escalate something to - your service is pathetic! i want to cancel an old line and switch over my wifi!! now i am forced to go in store and i am sure that when i do so they will tell me i need to call the call centre!!! sort this out as soon as possible and get back to me
