Call centre ***********

I requested the wireless phone handset as my landline quality has not been good for some time now, and Telkom was never able to sort this out. When I phone for the wireless handset Telkom call centre staff was quick to want to sell other products, but very slow to deliver. The call centre staff is arrogant and ***********. No one at first could find any record of my order. Everyone blaming another department for not making notes. Eventually when someone could find my request they could not tell me when the handset would be delivered, "the customer must just wait". Have Telkom customers noted how managers and supervisors are always never available.
