call centre ,full of lies

Good day! I have an business and its been quite a while now that phones are not working, logged a fault on 13/10/2017 *** ,was told that the matter was highly escalated and would be resolved within 5 working days ...today is the 1st of november and Ive been kept on told its being highly escalated, due to phones being down and terrible service from telkom ....Ive lost alot of clients
