Call centre doesn't answer
<p>Today telkom was supposed to install a line at my house. They had it wrong and only installed a telephone line and not a adsl line. Now I have to wait another 7 working days. Why? And then I try and call the call centre and I had to wait for 31 min for someone to answer and then drop the line. Then amother 15 min and still no answer. I have been on hold for a total of 1 hour and 29 min I counting and no one has answered my call. I had to hang up and now it's been 23 min</p>
