Call centre crisis

<p>i paid the amount that was in arrears last month already, now Telkom handed me over to some debt collectors that keep sending me theatening messages, i paid and even called the call centre to inform them. i spoke to some consultant who was so clueless somehow i knew the matter was never going to be resolved. now apparently they are going to list me even though i paid them a month ago. i have never had a smooth and frictionless encounter with telkom, their services SUCKS BIGTIME!!!</p>
