Call centre clueless about online payment challenges!

The Telkom call Centre has not been able to assist. They claim to have an option to pay that is faster than eft. Via whatsapp or via a link. When you tell them the link is not working the agents themselves don't have a solution. They tell you to download the app but they don't even know what's going on with the app or the website. They don't give technical support or accurate info. When you ask to speak to someone who has the info, they cut the call. I have explained that I am registered and I just want to pay, I am not able to link my account and I am asking for assistance but they don't have the answers. Every agent has a different story
