Call Centre/Chat
<p>I never seem to be able to communicate through to Telkom anything as the callcentre line always rings and rings until it eventually drops. Online chat doesnt work either. After about 15min someone will connect to chat and then without anything coming through from their side all of a sudden a message comes through saynig "Due to no response chat was closed". This happens everytime. </p>
