Call centre busy since friday

I have been trying to contact the call centre to report a business line fault since Friday but all I could get was to hold for over 30 mins. im actually holding as I type and its been 25mins already. they give you an option of leaving a message and tell you that you will get a reference sms in the next hour well that hour hasn't come since last Friday. we are sitting with our business lines not working great
