Call Centre and Sales are ***

I have been phoning and been holding on for days and no one answers, when i ask on a chat for a call back then the people say there is no call back feature, but you can put in your number and click on call me back. I have ordered a line but trying to cancel that the order still went through,...i was suppose to get a sms with the cancelation of that order and new ref for the new order...NOTHING. the first order which was suppose to be cancelled still went through...****** useless assholes i tell you. Just bad service and then here on hello peter it says the company responds but unfortunatly the 7 pages of complaint i worked through has no responds from Telkom...useless. How is someone suppose to get adsl when they are the only blody company that does telephone line and which has a very *** service.
