Call Centre Agents

After 12 calls for a refund on my account and checking up daily and getting either tired call centre agents or agents that make up a story to get me to back off i finally got a response to say Telkom doesn't owe me after 2 agents found that there was reason to claim. I did all that for nothing, The investigator found nothing. Case number ***4
