Call centre agents behaviour

Called your call center spoke to Phumelza manya ... horrific experience with the agent... Eastern cape branch ... every team leader was apparently on a call and she was forced to hang up on me because she could not keep me waiting ... pathetic customer services... behaviour in your centres are horrific ... agents are rude and never take their jobs seriously. I am a customer and telkom never calls back their customers when they promise to do so and I told the agent I'll wait on the line and as a customer I called and expected help and not a ****ty service.
