Call Centre Agent not very helpful

I am not happy with the assistance am getting from the network service provider.

I ordered a mobile on the 20th of February and I highlighted my situation regarding me relocating to another province and asked if I will have the device by Friday the 28th of February and they agreed and I decided to make an application.

But now they telling me it's ready for delivery but they don't know when it will be delivered and when I ask the call centre am not getting the help from the guys they not willing to go an extra mile to assist me like the guy I spoke to on Monday and Tuesday he was willing to even ask his boss if I can collect it but the boss unfortunately was not around so as he is not allowed to make such decisions he couldn't.

The call centre agent of today was just something else she was not patient and just wanted to end the call.

But my point here is I asked in advance that I would have my mobile and they said yes and now it's a different story and not willing to assist.

Am not happy
