I have app**** for a contract online with you guys maybe about 4 times if not more. You never call me as promised to complete the application process. This is really frustrating because you then email me to say you have tried to contact me and could not reach me so I need to apply online again. HOW HAVE YOU TRIED TO CONTACT ME WHEN YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE MUTE ON THE PHONE. YES YOU DO CALL BUT NO ONE EVER SPEAKS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LINE. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT! *** or ***
