Call centre agent give attitude

I cancelled my LTE contract on the 1st of February. I made contact with the call centre to ask why are they deduction fees of my account for a second month. The call centre agent by the name of Sipho gave me such an attitude and had the odacity to tell me I am giving attitude as well. Telkom your service is pathetic and you staff as well
