Call centre agent dispute my residential address

I called Telkom this morning for an Integrated sim card and I spoke to Lihle Mkhwa****. She seems like she does not know what she is doing . I tell her my physical address and she disputes that it's my physical address. She can't transfer me to a supervisor or anyone. Telkom please hire competent people please
