Call Centre
I have phone this call centre about 20 times to get my line cancelled. I hold for 1 hour every time and then just give up. The one time I get through they cancel the line, only with me having to find out they did not. Now I need to phone again for 20 times to get to speak to someone.<br> <br> What I do find the most about this exercise is that they keep advertising while on the line that you can speak to \our friendly call centre agents". <br> <br> REALLY!!!<br> <br> I NEVER get through"""
