Call Centre
For the past few days now I have been trying to get through to the Telkom call centre for help with my adsl line, it is always a 30 minute wait before anyone actually answers.<br> This morning I held on for 40 minutes before someone picked up and put the phone down. I am really not impressed with the service you receive from their call centre.
