Call center with no consultants

Telkom is cheap I admit but they have the worst call center I have ever had to deal with. Everytime I call their customer care number (180)their consultants are always "busy" no matter what time of the day or night you call. I really cannot wait for my contract to expire so that I never have to deal with this ******* company ever again!!!I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!
