Call center useless woman.

I don’t have a problem with Telkom itself, I had wonderful service for many years but today a lady from help centre made me see red. At 14:21 I called *** to request assistance because my fiber internet wasn’t working, the woman who picked my call was rude and ********e plus her line connection was so bad that was hard to hear what she was saying.After 18 minutes on the phone , without apologies or warning for not be able to help she disconnected my call. I wish I could remember her name. An hour later I call again and I got the most gracious and knowledgeable lady that was able to solve my problem. Telkom, contact me on my email so you can take further action against this *********** person.
