Call Center Team Leaders/Managers DONT return calls. WORST SERVICE EVER

Good Day Telkom

I am DISAPPOINTED with the service that I have been receiving from Telkom.

On the 06/12/2022 at 14:50 I app**** for a new contract, that was approved by Telkom spoke with Itumeleng.

The sales agent never mentioned that Telkom does not have stock of the Handsets.

I called on the 15th December again and spoke with SIZA this is when I found out that Telkom had a issue with stock. On the 19th and today the 20th of December I spoke with the below agents whom all could not help me. The issue has been referred to a Team leader or manager and to date, still nobody has contacted me back.

Managers have been in meetings all day. Nobody knows what number to contact for Head Office.

This is truly sad.
