Call center refusing to assist a customer.

I called Telkom Mobile number 180 and im not getting through to the operator and I further called ***, I was able to get an operator but they were all reluctant on assisting, once I start talking they drop the phone, about four of them done the same thing. The first one was like she's trying to assist me and drop the call and ever since im calling they are taking the call and not assisting and further drop a call.

I am losing confidence on Telkom, I have converted many people to move to Telkom and now they are not assisting me.

I have about five contracts with Telkom and few other prepaid Sim which are all actively operational. I am disappointed with their service now.
