Call center not working and LTE internet falls away every hour

I have a Telkom LTE contract. Every hour the network is lost. I have to physically reset my modem every hour to have internet. The call centre is not working. Whenever I select the mobile, internet or even landline option it responds with "we are currently experiencing technical difficulty" .
