Call center ladys are rude

If I could give it a minus I would be the first because they don’t go further to assist and don’t cancel your contract when asked. I even went personally there at mall of Africa to see the account and the guy asked me did you cancel I was like yes but from his face now that I think about he saw. The call centre people are worse they just drop the phone on your ear. I’m mad and want to cry because my experience with them wasn’t joyful at all. Service here in South Africa with most things are no longer professional I’m lost for words
