Call Center Agent Laughing when you get frustrated and very bad service

<p>I am a Bookkeeper at a firm in Bellvile, the owner asked me to contact Telkom as they made a mistake on his Business cell phone account, I went online and asked for a return call as there is nobody availible on the "chat to a agent" page to assist you, they did not call back. Today I phoned the call center and at my frustration got even worse service, the agent started laughing(Senamile) Spoke to her on 05/05/2017 @ just past Ten, If this is even her correct name or spelling.</p> <p>We also had a repeater installed at the office two years ago and after numerous complaint have given up on having that replaced or sorted out......... this is horrible!! Really bad bad service.</p> <p>Needless to say everything is still up in the air, nothing has bee sorted out......</p>
