Call center ***********

BIGGEST ***** in South Africa. Call me over the phone say I am due for an upgrade. I wanted a new data package only and they told me yes they will upgrade over the phone. I got my new sim and when I came in to store they told me the call center can not do upgrades over the phone and now I must cancel this new contract and pay the cancellation fees. Please never answer a call from Telkom their call center is a ***** and ***********.
