Call 10210 and trust me noone will answer

This is my second hellopeter complaint about Telkom since i took the wi-fi 399 package.<br> <br> Telkom your service is not the best, I've never had anyone answering your 10210 number. If you read my previous complaint i mention there that i had to hold for 26:10 min before anyone took my call and remember that i'm NOT calling from a telkom line.<br> <br> Can someone from telkom please call me to assist with my problem before i go ahead and cancel this package<br> <br> This has become a 2 month frustrating issue, please can someone solve my PROBLEM.
