Cables ****** and Telkom takes 12 days to fix the lines

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist its been 12 days since my internet is down. The ****** cables affected multiple flats and houses but yet there internet was back ON last week wednesdy already. I went and also got a integrated sim but only 2gb was given although i have a 10mb uncapped line (not fair at all). When are these lines going to be fixed as i already paid for this month.
