On April 24 2017 I reported a faulty line, today May 9th it is still faulty, all I got from Telkom is a sms that they know there is a problem and if I want to report a problem, OF COURSE I want to, like every 3 months!!! I have called the useless costumer care center many times and all I hear is 'a ****** technician is busy on your line', so I ask ' How far are they and how long will it take? Well they don't update but I can escalate or have them call you. Which ****** never happens!!

I reported to Telkom many times that the cables in my area are hanging so low you can cut them while sitting on your knees, some poles are rotten etc, but ofcourse Telkom does not give a **** about me as a costumer or about their infrastructure!

Telkom once again when are you giving me information that is worth something , when are you fixing my line and when are you going to hang your lines in a way that people actually have to make an effort to ***** them and trucks can reach them?

Don't give me on of your standard answers with a email address in that does not reply or a number that does not answer.

I am soo tired of your arrogant useless non existing service level, the same tiring ****** stories of your costumer care line and your bull****, and still I have no other option to use Telkom in my area. For now.

So please what is your response?

My landline number is ********** 020

Hi,
we have requested feedback regarding the fault as it is linked to a cable issue. There is a cable that needs to be replaced and we will advise as soon as feedback is provided.

Your service in non existent, your call center is a waste of time. I am though with you.

On the 15th they have started putting back cables across the street, but they have not connected them, the new cables are heavier then the old ones, the pole became out of balance, because of that the cable which goes over the street to my premises was hanging very low and I told my wife in two days a truck will tear it off. I even called Telkom again to report but ofcourse with no result. I come home from work today and quess what? The cable was completely broken and lying on the road. Now I have a few questions...
1. Did the guy who installed the cable did not see that the cable was too low?
2. Why didn't the call center take action?
3. Will it take another 3 weeks now to replace this cable that broke today?
4. I have no service for a month next week, don't I get priority now?
5. Am I stupid to think that this hello Peter thing actually is going to help me?
6. TELKOM, WHEN ARE YOU ****ING GOING TO FIX MY ****** LINE!!!?
Tomorrow I am going to head office with the cable, see what they can do for me.
Replace one cable and let one hang to be driven off by traffic, are u serious????

Hi Eric
We are so sorry about the delay with this fault repair.
The technicians have now discovered that 400m of underground cable has been ****** at KROON AREND ST.
Material has been ordered to replace the cable, but currently there is now ETA on the replacement cable and therefore no ETR available.
As soon as more feedback becomes available, it will be communicated to you.
This is what I get from Telkom. The street mentioned above is under construction for at least 3 months. The cables there are above ground. And only after 1 month they "discover" a cable theft.
You are beyond discusting and you will loose costumers once you get competition. You should provide me another way of internet while you are cleaning up your selfmade mess. I will go to the municipality and I will find out excactly which cables are where. And this community will take Telkom to court. We have enough of your bull**** and your excuses.
