CABLE THEFT .

about a month and a half ago i ordered a telephone line from telkom. i got a call back from someone while I was at work. i asked the lady to hold the line, as I was busy with a client! when I attended to my phone not even 30 seconds later the lady dropped the phone! So firstly your call center service is pathetic! Secondly I had to spend alota time chasing after telkom to get them to tell me what the hell is going on with my order. Eventually the gentleman from bellville branch who assisted me with filling in the forms at the branch followed up for me and told me due to cable theft I could not have a line installed? Please make me understand how cable theft is my problem? I want a service delivered and now I cant Have internet at home due to telkom no wanting to fix the the cable theft issue. Now telkom want me to opt for a WIRELESS solution which I can not afford, WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE YOU RUNNING ????disgusted and ANGERED BY YOU PEOPLE!!!
