Bytes Technologies Contractors not keeping to their promises

I reported a fault of my internet and Telkom line being down on the 28th October 2016. On Tuesday the 8th November 2016 the technician finally pitched up to attend to the problem after about 5 calls (on my celphone because my Telkom line is down). He pitched up at around 5pm and was busy till about 6pm. He promised me that he will return on the 9th of November and that my line and internet will be working by that evening. So I arranged witha family member to be at my house so that there is no delays in the problem being fixed without acces to the house. So he never pitched up and did not call me to explain why he would fixed the problem as promised to me. SO the 10th November 2016 I phoned again and he told the Telkom call centre official that he is in the are and wil be at my house at around 1pm. So off course no one picked up and when i phoned again at 4pm the call centre official could not get hold of him on his phone. I am REALLY REALLY ****ED OFF BY THIS. I was promised on 2 occasions that he will be there and never showed without even a call or even a please call me. So hereby i hope to get half of my premium back that i paid to Telkom being down for 2 weeks, half of my uncapped premium paid yto my ISP because its Telkom's fault plus all my costs of the 8 calls made to Telkom on my account because of my line being down. This is really the worst service i've received from Telkom and there contractors. SO please help and make sure the technician never works for Telkom again. He's chasing away customers.
